Doosan Škoda Power was recently awarded Employer of the Year 2015 for companies with up to 5,000 employees. For the third time in a row, Doosan Škoda Power dominated this category for the Plzen region, in this prestigious annual competition which receives dozens of entries.
The shortlist for the award is done by PricewaterhouseCoopers Česká republika s. r. o. on the basis of the internationally recognised Saratoga methodology. Sponsored by Employers’ Club, the award evaluates the educational and motivational programmes for employees, employee benefits and the corporate social responsibility programme of the company.
By winning the award, Doosan Škoda Power continues to be the company that takes best care of its employees throughout the Plzeň region. "We were very pleased to retain the award.
