Doosan Lentjes’ FGD technology will reliably remove sulphur dioxides (SO2) from the power plant’s flue gas delivering on most stringent emission standards. This will support the plant owner to deliver sustainably generated power to the residents of the Vinh Tan area — essential to keep tomorrow’s world clean and safe.
The scope of Doosan Lentjes’ work includes engineering and delivery of key FGD equipment such spray nozzles, spray banks, mist eliminators and other internals for the absorbers, seawater pumps, aeration elements for the aeration basin, and aeration blowers as well as the DCS system for FGD. The FGD solution provided along with advisory services for erection and commissioning is based on Doosan Lentjes’ proprietary seawater flue gas desulphurisation (SWFGD) technology.
