The Doosan 2G Strategy refers to "Growth of business through Growth of people". It's a simple philosophy which underpins the way we run our organisation.
We provide a structured training and development programme for all employees, which enables them to maximise their contribution to the achievement of personal and business objectives. The Company will, wherever possible, support and encourage employees who wish to enhance their skills and qualifications through external further education.
We care about our employees and make sure they develop and grow with us. Our low employee turnover is testament to this, as is the fact that several members of our Senior Executive team, including our CEO, have progressed through the company having joined our Graduate programme at the beginning of their careers.
