| Working Hours |
We acknowledge the commitment which all of our employees are expected to make to the organisation, and recognise the challenge of balancing this commitment with family life and personal interests outside of the workplace.
To help achieve this balance, full-time employees in most of our UK office based roles are invited to arrange their standard weekly working hours in a pattern which allows them to leave at 1pm on a Friday. Although optional, this has proven to be a very popular measure.
