This year there were even more suppliers who earned the ‘Excellent Supplier Award 2014’ than last year. The award serves as token of appreciation for their work while also serving as feedback and promoting mutual cooperation.
Through the day suppliers were introduced to changes in the purchasing section, the new role of realization and commodity purchasing and our strategic goals for the year 2015, along with a presentation of the new Oracle system that will be influencing our suppliers in the future. Feedback was then sought from the suppliers to evaluate mutual cooperation and consider potential market opportunities on this basis.
